Who is this Ammeet K Agarwal?

While FIR was lodged under pressure from office of Maneka Gandhi, followed up recently by office of Smriti Irani, the accused Captain Ammeet K Agarwal is close to Sumitra Mahajan, Vasundhara Raje and Late Sushma Swaraj!

“I have never escalated this case to either Sumitra Madam or Vasundhara Raje, because I know it's fake”, clarified Ammeet, whose partner in his Aviation business is Milind Mahajan, son of Sumitra Mahajan.

“We never used my mother’s office or even a single letter for any of our aviation activities”, stated Milind Mahajan, accountable manager at Supreme Airlines.

As a CEO & President of Supreme Aviation, a conglomerate of regional airline in Rajasthan, airport developer working on 30 airports across India and Pilot Training academy located in USA, Captain Ammeet K Agarwal transacted more than Rs. 125 crores of business in last 5 years when Sumitra Mahajan was Speaker of the Lok Sabha and Vasundhara Raje was the Chief Minister of Rajasthan.

His political and other clearances as a Diplomat holding position of Honorary Consul of the Democratic Republic of Congo in Mumbai was cleared in no time by Late Sushma Swaraj, the then Minister of Foreign Affairs. It’s clear that Ministry of Women & Child Development has no clue about against whom they are pressurizing Oshiwara Police to act, in a fake case to frame him.

While Mumbai high court granted interim bail and Dindoshi sessions court clearly stated in their order that no rape was involved, it’s now the I.T. Act for circulation of videos, pending for grant of anticipatory bail to Ammeet. 

“Being a high net-worth individual with track record of 13 years of constant success, Ammeet is trapped in this false case, may be for revenge or ransom”, says advocate Shailesh Kantharia who is confident on getting this FIR quashed with 3 more false FIRs, sooner or later.

Ammeet was a Mumbai boy when he learnt how to fly in Dallas at 17 years of age, waited to turn 18 to get his commercial pilot’s license issued in Texas, USA. Ammeet got attacked on the streets of Dallas at the age of 17 in 2006, since he used to hangout with bad locals who nicknamed him ‘homie’. But he didn’t give up and continued flying. Passionate about flying, he got 19 different aircraft endorsements on his license and flew across USA and Australia as a freelancer. Entrepreneurship was in his veins since he purchased 3 airplanes in USA under his banner Supreme Aviation at the age of 18 and started training pilots. An American pilot, later Ammeet gained reputation for his downtown Dallas tour flights in Texas! Since 2012 Ammeet is partners with Mr. David Wartofsky, whose wife is holding miscellaneous positions in USA Congress. Did American influence help him float in this case?

A class 12^th failed, college dropout, but Ammeet became the youngest diplomat with Consulate privileges from the Democratic Republic of Congo in Mumbai at the age of 28. A pure aristocrat, but is hated by the lower class and envied by the reservation category government officials. Ammeet started ‘Supreme Airlines’, a regional carrier in 2015 at the age of 27 and became the 2^nd youngest CEO of an airline after Sidhartha Mallya. He is a pioneer of the UDAN policy! He operated his airline on airports from/to Kota, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Sri Ganganagar, Ranthambore, Kishangarh and others which were defunct for more than 30 years! Jodhpur to Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Udaipur were his innovated sectors. He has 16 state governments chasing him to promote regional connectivity in their states! He hangs out with the high net worth individuals of every country as their aviation expert without any selfish interests. It clearly reflects as a false case filed with corrupt intentions to hold for ransom, a young 30 years old influential high net worth individual, who has so far managed the case very well, instead of an actual case using political or monetary influence to obtain favours. “I am not settling with anyone or entertaining any deals or offers in this fake case. I will ensure the complainant is arrested for using Mumbai police and the law in such false case”, clarified Captain Ammeet K Agarwal.
